Recommendation to: A) Adopt a resolution authorizing the Executive Director of the Office of Arts and Culture, or designee(s), to accept a donation of $10,500 from the Sam Francis Foundation to establish the Sam Francis Arts Fund; and B) Approve an Appropriation Transfer Request (ATR) in the amount of $10,500 by transferring such amount to the Office of Arts and Culture.
