Adopt a resolution: A) Authorizing an Agreement with K&K JL Services, Inc. for landscape maintenance services at various County-owned facilities for a not-to-exceed amount of $11,722,864 for the term of December 1, 2025, through November 30, 2030; and B) Authorizing the Director of Public Works, or their designee, to execute amendments, which modify the County’s maximum fiscal obligation by an additional $500,000 for as-needed services, so long as the modified term and/or services are within the current or revised fiscal provision.
