Adopt a resolution authorizing: A) The Sustainability Department to apply for and accept all available grants from the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery for which San Mateo County is eligible for the period of February 25, 2025, through February 25, 2030; and B) The Director of the Sustainability Department or the Director's designee to approve and/or execute all applications, agreements, amendments, payment requests, and other documents necessary to secure California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery grant funds, implement approved grant funded projects, and carry out related duties and responsibilities for the period of February 25, 2025, through February 25, 2030.
