Adopt a resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works to: A) Execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the San Mateo County Transit District for the pass through of $575,200 from the Cycle 7 Lifeline Transportation Program awarded by the City and County Association of Governments of San Mateo County to the County of San Mateo for the North Fair Oaks Community Connections Project; and B) Execute Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with the San Mateo County Transit District for the pass through of funding from future cycles of the Lifeline Transportation Program awarded by the City and County Association of Governments of San Mateo County to the County of San Mateo; and C) Execute and submit applicable amendments, which may be necessary for the completion of the current and future projects.
