Adopt a resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Emergency Management to submit grant applications to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife Office of Spill Prevention and Response for administration of the FY 2024, FY 2025, and FY 2026 Oil Spill Contingency Plan grant and accept awards in an amount not to exceed $10,000 per grant year application.
