Adopt a resolution authorizing: A) The President of the Board of Supervisors to execute an amendment to the Assisted Stack Parking and Shuttle Services Agreement with Corinthian International Parking Services, increasing the amount by $445,000 to an amount not to exceed of $6,414,330; and B) The Director of the Project Development Unit, or designee, to execute subsequent change orders that modify the terms and conditions of the agreement and increasing the contract value by $25,000 in aggregate for a maximum not to exceed value of $6,439,330.
