Adopt a resolution: A) Waiving the Request for Proposals (RFP) process and authorizing an agreement with Versaterm Public Safety Inc., for Computer-Aided Dispatch System and Mobile Client Software licenses for the term of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, with two, one-year options to extend to June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $1,171,065.94; and B) Authorizing the Director of Public Safety Communications or designee to execute contract amendments and minor modifications not to exceed $25,000 (in aggregate).
