Adopt a resolution authorizing: A) The President of the Board of Supervisors to execute an amendment to the agreement with EVO LLC to provide on-call audio visual and information technology project management consulting services, increasing the contract value by $82,000 for a maximum not to exceed value of $707,000; and B) The Director of the Project Development Unit to execute contract amendments which modify the County’s maximum fiscal obligation by no more than $25,000 and/or modify the contract term and/or services so long as the modified term or services is/are within the current or revised fiscal provisions.
