Adopt a resolution authorizing: A) The President of the Board of Supervisors to execute an amendment to the agreement with Mobile Modular to provide office space and restrooms for the San Mateo Medical Center Renovation Project, accepting an increase in monthly rental fees in the amount of $179.60; and B) The Interim Director of the Project Development Unit or designee to execute subsequent change orders that modify the terms and conditions of the agreement for an additional amount not to exceed $25,000 in aggregate.
