Adopt a resolution authorizing: A) The Director of San Mateo County Department of Housing, or designee(s) to accept the grant award from the Community Care Expansion Program (CCE) through the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) in the amount of $4,065,315; and B) The Director of San Mateo County Department of Housing, or designee(s) to execute any agreements and any amendments to agreements associated with the Community Care Expansion Program Preservation Fund; and C) The Chief of San Mateo County Health, or designee(s) to execute the Participation Agreement and any amendment to the Participation Agreement with California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) to administer the CCE grant, for the term of June 1, 2024, through March 31, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $4,296,863.
