Adopt a resolution authorizing: A) On-call architectural services agreements with: Bartos Architecture, Inc., DES Architects + Engineers, Inc., Korth Sunseri Hagey Architects, MC+E Architects, NJA Architecture, Object Projects, LLP, PHD Architects, Inc., SERA Design & Architecture, Studio G Architects, Inc., SVA Architects, Inc., The Office of Charles F. Bloszies, Ltd., and William Duff Architects for the term of May 21, 2024 through May 20, 2027 each in an amount of $600,000 for a total aggregate amount of $7,200,000; and B) The Director of Public Works, or the Director’s designee, to execute contract amendments to modify the County’s maximum fiscal obligation by no more than $25,000 (in aggregate), and/or modify the contract term and/or services as long as the modified term and/or services is/are within the current or revised fiscal provision.
