Recommendation to: A) Measure K: Adopt a resolution authorizing an agreement with Planned Parenthood Mar Monte for the purchase of technology and medical equipment and staff training, for the term June 1, 2024 through June 1, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $394,402, and authorizing the County Executive, or designee, to execute the grant agreement; and B) Approve an Appropriation Transfer Request (ATR) appropriating $394,402 from Measure K Reserves to Non-Departmental Services for the second tranche of funding for the County Action Plan to Support Women’s Reproductive Freedom and Healthcare Privacy.
