Acting as the Governing Board of the Area Agency on Aging for the County of San Mateo, adopt a resolution: A) Authorizing the Chief of San Mateo County Health or the Chief’s designee to enter into funding agreement(s) with the California Department of Aging to accept Older Americans Act funds for programs and services under Title III, Title VII, Ombudsman, and Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program; and B) Authorizing the Chief of San Mateo County Health or the Chief’s designee to execute Older Americans Act community provider agreements, for the term of April 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $6,016,915.
