Adopt a resolution authorizing: A) The President of the Board of Supervisors to execute an agreement with Bigfoot Homes, Inc. as the Design Build entity for the Stone Pine Cove Farmworker Housing Project, in the amount of $5,999,360; and B) The County Executive Officer, or designee, to execute subsequent change orders from owners’ allowance that modifies the terms and conditions of the agreement and increasing the contract value by $250,000 in aggregate for a maximum not to exceed contract value of $6,249,360.
