Recommendation to: A) Adopt a resolution accepting a grant award with the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services for the California Comprehensive School Security Grant Program for the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center, for a term commencing October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024 in an amount not to exceed $142,333; and B) Approve an Appropriation Transfer Request (ATR) in the amount of $142,333 to establish a budget appropriation and record revenue for the California Comprehensive School Security Grant Program.
