Resolution authorizing the Office of Contract Administration to enter into a contract agreement for Technology Marketplace purchases between the City and County of San Francisco and Newton Softed, Inc. dba Variedy, a Tier 1 contractor of the Technology Marketplace 2.0, for an amount not to exceed $20,000,000 for an initial three-year term to commence following Board approval through December 31, 2021, with two one-year options to extend at the sole and absolute discretion of the City.
