Resolution approving the FY2018-2019 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (“HOPWA”) Program; and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, to apply for, accept, and expend the City’s FY2018-2019 HOPWA Program entitlement from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of $7,162,248 and to expend program income and reprogrammed funds in the amount of $1,888,175 for a combined total of $9,050,423 for the period of July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2023.
