Resolution approving construction of a new clubhouse for the Golden Gate Park Tennis Center under Charter, Section 4.113; authorizing the Recreation and Park Department to accept a grant in-place of approximately $24,000,000 from the San Francisco Parks Alliance to renovate the Golden Gate Park Tennis Center in FY2020-2021; and approving a grant agreement with the San Francisco Parks Alliance which will remain in place for 50 years.
