Resolution retroactively approving Amendment No. 1 to the Domestic Terminal Food and Beverage Program Lease No. 03-0196, between Lady Luck, LLC, and the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Airport Commission, extending the term by one year and eight months, for a total term of September 29, 2003, through September 30, 2019, and no change to the minimum annual guarantee of $96,648.
