Resolution retroactively authorizing the Department of Emergency Management (DEM), on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, as the primary grantee of Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) funds for the Bay Area Urban Area and as the fiscal agent for the UASI Approval Authority, to accept and expend a FY2017 Urban Areas Security Initiative Program grant in the amount of $22,428,800 from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security through the California Office of Emergency Services, for a term beginning September 1, 2017, and ending May 31, 2020.
