Resolution supporting California State Assembly Bill 915 authored by Assembly Member Phil Ting, adding Section 65915.4 to the California Government Code, and providing that if a city, county, or city and county has adopted an inclusionary housing ordinance then the city, county, or city and county shall apply that ordinance to the total number of housing units, including additional units granted under a density bonus.
