Resolution retroactively approving Amendment No. 1 to the International Terminal Food and Beverage Concession Lease No. 16-0017 between SSP America, Inc., and the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Airport Commission, increasing the minimum annual guarantee to $279,000 and the annual promotional charge to $2,100 with no change to the term length to expire on May 4, 2027.
