Resolution authorizing and approving the lease of a portion of the equipment room at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center, Building 25, at 1001 Potrero Avenue with SPOK, Inc., a Delaware corporation, at the monthly base rent of $5,000 which shall be waived while providing paging services and equipment to the City, for the five-year term to commence upon approval by the Board of Supervisors and Mayor, with two five-year options to extend.
