Resolution retroactively approving the Fiscal Year 2016 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Permanent Supportive Housing Renewal Grant; and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, to accept and expend the City’s Fiscal Year 2016 HOPWA Permanent Supportive Housing Renewal Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of $1,430,000 for the period of December 1, 2016, through November 30, 2019.
