Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1061, entitled "Regulating the Width of Sidewalks," to reduce the official sidewalk width along a portion of the easterly side of 30th Avenue between Clement Street to the north, and Geary Boulevard to the south; adopting the Planning Department's determination under the California Environmental Quality Act; and making findings of consistency with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
