Resolution authorizing a financing to be undertaken by the City of San Francisco Portsmouth Plaza Parking Corporation on behalf of the City in an amount not to exceed $12,500,000 and approving the forms of and authorizing the execution and delivery of documents reasonably necessary for such financing; ratifying and approving any action heretofore taken in connection with the financing; granting general authority to City officials to take actions necessary to implement this Resolution; and related matters.
