Morris Gift Shop), Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 0309, Lot No. 019, under Planning Code, Article 10; affirming the Planning Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act; and making environmental findings, findings of public necessity, convenience and welfare, and findings of consistency with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
