Resolution approving the FY2016-2017 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program; and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, to apply for, accept, and expend the City’s FY2016-2017 HOPWA Program entitlement from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of $7,089,501 and to expend program income and reprogrammed funds in the amount of $2,123,681 for a combined total of $9,213,182 for the period of July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2021.
