Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1061 entitled “Regulating the Width of Sidewalks” to change the official sidewalk width of certain locations along Van Ness Avenue, between the intersection of South Van Ness Avenue and Mission Street on the south, to Van Ness Avenue and North Point Street on the north; adopting findings under the California Environmental Quality Act; and affirming the Planning Department’s determination of consistency with the General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
