Ordinance retroactively authorizing the Office of Economic and Workforce Development to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $2,999,999 from the United States Department of Labor for the American Apprenticeship Initiative Grant for the period of October 1, 2015, to September 30, 2020; and amending Ordinance No. 129-15 (Annual Salary Ordinance FYs 2015-2016 and 2016-2017) to provide for the creation of one (1) Class 9774 Senior Community Development Specialist I grant-funded position (0.58 FTE) in the Office of Economic and Workforce Development.
