- Reaffirm approval awarding an emergency construction contract to Pearce Concrete & Masonry, Inc. for the re-routing and repair of City Hall’s water main service line in an amount not-to-exceed $29,373, inclusive of a 5% contingency subject to minor revisions approved by legal counsel to conform insurance requirements to California Joint Powers Insurance Authority guidance; re-authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement; and finding the project categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
