PROPOSED WAYFINDING SIGN FOR CLUB VIEW LANE ON PALOS VERDES DRIVE EAST Memorandum from: Kirsten Graham, Public Works Manager and Wes Pringle, Traffic Engineering Deputy Recommendation: That the Traffic and Safety Committee: 1. Recommend City Council approval of Committee sign recommendations; 2. Recommend City Council approval of installation of a “No Right Turn on Red” sign at the northwest corner of Palos Verdes Drive North and Palos Verdes Drive East; 3. Receive and file the memorandum evaluating the crosswalk request on Palos Verdes Drive North at Rolling Meadows Road; and 4. Direct staff to work with Rolling Hills Estates Country Club HOA and present wayfinding sign costs to City Council for approval.
