PA-250177; ADDRESS: 4559 Marloma Drive, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274; APPLICANT: Ashley and Matt Tullius; A request for a Neighborhood Compatibility Determination (NC-250180) and approval of a Grading application (G-250181) for the construction of retaining walls, swimming pool, and outdoor fireplace/kitchen area that would require the excavation of earth materials greater than three feet in vertical height and the importation of 117 cubic yards of earth materials.
