Adopt a Resolution declaring its intention to establish proposed Community Facilities District No. 2026-1 (Victoria Grove/Pinnacle Pointe/The Ranch) of the City of Riverside, to authorize the levy of special taxes to pay the costs of acquiring or constructing certain facilities and providing certain services and to pay debt service on bonded indebtedness - Adopt a Resolution of Intention to incur bonded indebtedness in an amount not-to-exceed $10,000,000 within proposed Community Facilities District No. 2026-1 (Victoria Grove/Pinnacle Pointe/the Ranch) of the City of Riverside - Waive further readings - Set a Public Hearing for October 20, 2026, at 3 p.m. in Art Pick Council Chamber to vote on establishment of proposed Community Facilities District, and if established, hold a Special Election to authorize the proposed rate and method of apportionment of the Special Taxes (A, B and C) and proposed issuance of bonds to finance improvements and incidental expenses (Wards 4, 5, and 6)
