Recommend City Council, with at least five affirmative votes, authorize Chief Financial Officer, or designee, to record supplemental appropriation in total amount of $3,000,000 from Electric Fund Low Carbon Fuel Reserve Account and appropriate expenditures to EV Charger Install at Public Facilities Account, execute the Electrify Riverside Programs, and take all necessary actions required or advisable to implement, administer, fund, and carry out City of Riverside’s responsibilities under Electrify Riverside Programs, including ability to make minor and non-substantive changes and to execute future amendments to Electrify Riverside Programs under substantially similar terms and conditions
