FILE NO. 25-0053) – 3201 SIERRA STREET</u></strong><br>The project is a request for an Architecture and Site Plan Review for the construction of a duplex located at 3201 Sierra Street, between 2^nd and 3^rd Street (APN:132-011-052). The project is exempt from CEQA per Section CEQA Guideline Section 15332: Infill development projects.
