RECOMMENDATION Request that the Water Subcommittee provide feedback on a proposed Extraterritorial Wastewater Service Agreement with Avila Collection, LLC for the property located at 10719 Linden Avenue and 10598 Orchard Street, Bloomington, CA, Assessor’s Parcel Number 0257-021-28 and 0257-031-35.
- 12 Professional Service Agreement Amendment No. 3 with Soto Resources. RECOMMENDATION Request that the Water Subcommittee provide feedback on Professional Service Agreement Amendment No. 3 with Soto Resources in the amount of $100,000 to provide additional as-needed grant writing assistance. (ACTION)
- 13 Consider the street segments for the Various Streets Phase II Project. RECOMMENDATION Staff requests that the Water Subcommittee provide feedback on the street segments for Various Streets Phase II, City Project No. 240802.
