Request City Council to: (1) Approve a Three Year Services Agreement with Kalmikov Enterprises, Inc., a California corporation, dba Fire Apparatus Solutions, in the Amount of $400,000 Annually, Not to Exceed $1,200,000, for Preventive Maintenance and Repairs of Fire Apparatus, with the Option to Extend for Two Additional One-Year Terms in the amount of $400,000 annually per year with a total contract value of $2,000,000 at the City’s sole discretion; and (2) Authorize the City Manager or Their Designee to Execute All Related Documents. (ACTION)
