Request City Council to: (1) Approve Amendment No. 9 to the Waste Disposal Agreement Between the City of Rialto and San Bernardino County, Division of Solid Waste, Extending the Term From July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2035, Lowering the Current Contract Rate from 85% to 83% of the County’s Posted Gate Rate, Effective Each July 1st; and (2) Authorize the City Manager or Their Designee to Execute all Related Documents.
