Request City Council to: (1) Adopt Proposed Resolution No. 8495 Approving Tract Map 20550 for the Subdivision of Three Parcels Located on the Eastside of the Future Extension of Cornell Street between Ashford Avenue and the Future Extension of Sandalwood Avenue within the Single-Family Residential (R-1A) zone into Eight Single-Family Lots; and (2) Authorize the City Manager or Their Designee to Execute all Related Documents.
