Request City Council to: (1) Approve a Funding Agreement with the County of San Bernardino, Substantially Similar to the Agreement attached to the Staff Report for the Carl Johnson Gym Project and to the Fergusson Park Resurfacing Project; (2) Adopt Resolution No. 8405 Amending the Capital Improvement Program to Appropriate $203,000 to the Carl Johnson Gym Project and $120,000 to the Fergusson Park Resurfacing Project; and (3) Authorize the City Manager to Execute all Necessary Documents.
