Request the City Council to: (1) Ratify the Grant Application Submission to the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) for the 2024 Out-of-School Time Youth Mentoring Program; and (2) Accept the Grant Award From NRPA in the Amount of $60,000; and (3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents Related to the Grant Award and Implementation of the Program.
