Request City Council to: 1) Conduct a public hearing and solicit public comments from interested citizens; and 2) Adopt Resolution No. 8287 approving the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER); 3) Authorize the City Manager to sign all necessary documents to submit the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 CAPER to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
