Request City Council (1) Conduct a Public Hearing to solicit public comments from interested citizens; (2) Consider and Adopt Resolution No. 8206 approving the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan (AAP) Authorizing the City Manager or designee to submit the AAP to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and (3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to take all actions necessary to implement the programs identified in the AAP. (ACTION)
