Adopt a Resolution No. 8194 amending the 2023-2024 fiscal year budget, 2. Approve the California Highway Patrol “Every 15 Minutes” Education Grant Agreement in the amount of $9,999.99 for an event at Eisenhower High School; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents.
