State law prohibits the City Council from addressing any issue not previously included on the Agenda. The City Council may receive testimony and set the matter for a subsequent meeting. Comments are to be limited to three (3) minutes per individual. For City Council Rules of Decorum refer to Resolution No. 2023-086.
