12. 12 3. Chalk Art Festival 2024 Staff recommends the Cultural Arts Commission authorizes $8,000.00 of the Art in Public Places funding for the annual Chalk Art Festival that will occur on November 9, 2024. 24-1521
13. 13 4. Call for Visual Art 2022 - Ben Frank Staff recommends the Cultural Arts Commission rescind the approval of Artist Benjamin Frank for the remaining three walls of Phillips Ranch Park restroom for lack of providing renderings by the requested date of June 19, 2024. 24-1523
