Staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Section 15305, Class 5 (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations) of the CEQA Guidelines. Recommendation Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve the variance request and adopt Resolution No. 26-016.
