Approval of Lot Merger LM4-2026 for the Property Located at 1449 S. Park Avenue, Pomona, CA, Assessor Parcel Number 8340-007-034 Related to a Residential Parcel Located at 1449 S. Park Avenue. (Council District 2) It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following Resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026-104 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT MERGER LM4-2026 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1449 S. PARK AVENUE, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 8340-007-034; and 2) Authorize the City Engineer to sign Lot Merger LM4-2026 on behalf of the City.
