Adopt a Resolution to Amend the FY 2026-27 Operating Budget for Permit System Improvement/Upgrade Fund to Increase Appropriation in the Amount of $60,000 for Enterprise Permit Software System Renewal. It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026-96 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2026-27 OPERATING BUDGET FOR PERMIT SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT / UPGRADE FUND TO INCREASE APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $60,000 FOR ENTERPRISE PERMIT SOFTWARE SYSTEM RENEWAL
